  • Can I get a 100% mortgage in Germany?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Can you end a rental contract early Germany?
    Yes, you can end your rental contract early. But,, the terms and conditions to end a rental contract is different for a tenant and a landlord. As a Tenant, you can end your rental contract (Mietvertrag) by giving a written 3 months notice to the landlord. Many times, the landlords are flexible and may allow you to cancel the contract without giving a 3 months notice. It mostly depends on how fast the landlord can find a new tenant. So, it is recommended to discuss the cancellation of rental contract with your landlord and offer your support to find a new tenant. As a Landlord
